Self Defense is a six-part course that teaches simple, effective, self defense techniques
as a last resort to a violent confrontation. This course includes:
1. Self Defense Introduction and Awareness,
2. Body Language and Vital Points,
3. Using Common Objects for Defense,
4. Punching and Kicking Techniques,
5. Basic Grab and Release Techniques,
6. Review.




Tai Chi is a monthly group that teaches the art of relaxation, balance and harmony within
oneself. The course includes:
* Deep Breathing
* Tai Chi form
* Chi Kung
* Centering and Balance
* Self awareness
